Let us know your wedding date, venue and package needs and we will take it from there!

For all collections, we require a 30% non–refundable deposit paid via EFT to reserve and confirm your date. The final balance needs to be settled at least one week before your wedding day.

You can expect your final edited gallery within our standard turnaround time of 12–14 weeks.

We work on a carefully managed queue system and edit weddings in the order they were photographed. Because we typically shoot on weekends and each wedding receives a detailed, hand-edited approach, the editing process is intentionally unhurried to ensure consistency and quality across every image.

That said, if we’re able to deliver your gallery sooner, we absolutely will — we know how exciting (and impatient!) the wait can feel.

We’ll also keep you updated along the way so you’re never left wondering where things are in the process.

Yes! We love to travel all over the Eastern Cape to capture your memories, but we are open to travel to other provinces and countries all over the world.

We have been blessed to document more than 100 weddings across a variety of different venues, seasons, and lighting conditions. This experience allows us to stay calm under pressure, anticipate important moments, and create beautiful images no matter what your day brings.

The sooner, the better! We recommend securing your date as soon as possible, especially if you're getting married in peak season. Wedding dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, and we often get multiple enquiries for the same weekend.

If your wedding date changes or your celebration is cancelled, your booking is treated with care and fairness.

Your retainer (deposit) is non-refundable, as it secures your date exclusively for you and prevents us from accepting other bookings for that day. Once a date is reserved, we turn away other potential clients and begin planning and preparation work around your wedding. If the booking is cancelled, that lost opportunity cannot be recovered, which is why the retainer is retained.

However, we understand that life and plans can change. If your wedding is postponed, we are very happy to transfer your retainer to your new date, provided we are available. We will always do our best to accommodate date changes so we can still be part of your story when the time comes.

Any payments made beyond the retainer (such as instalments toward your package) will be refunded if the wedding is cancelled.

Totally normal, almost every couple says this before their engagement shoot or wedding day.

Our approach is very guided and natural, so you’re never left wondering what to do with your hands or how to “pose correctly.” We’ll gently direct you the whole time with simple prompts, movement-based poses, and little interactions that feel more like moments than stiff posing.

A big part of what we do is helping you relax into the experience. We keep things light, easy, and unhurried so you can forget about the camera and focus on each other. Most couples start off a bit awkward and end up saying it felt more like a date than a photoshoot.

And honestly, that “awkward at first” phase usually disappears within the first 10 minutes!

It really depends on the kind of wedding you’re planning and what moments matter most to you.

For casual celebrations and elopements, 4 hours of coverage is usually perfect. For traditional weddings, we generally recommend 8–10 hours of coverage. This allows us to document your story more fully and naturally - from getting ready in the morning, right through to speeches, reception details, first dances, and those in-between candid moments without rushing.

If your day has a unique structure, multiple locations, or you’re unsure how long you’ll need, we can absolutely tailor a custom package for you. We’ll look at your timeline together and build coverage that fits your day properly, so nothing important feels rushed or missed, but you also won't end up with hours you don't need.
